Please note that the deposit for Reggie's birthday trip is non-refundable. This is a carefully curated event involving multiple vendors, all working to create a unique and customized experience specifically for our group. From personalized accommodations to exclusive excursions, a great deal of planning goes into ensuring that each aspect of the trip is tailored to make this celebration unforgettable. As such, we have minimum numbers to meet for many activities and services, meaning that commitments cannot be reversed without incurring costs once commitments are made.

 

 

Because of these arrangements, we strongly encourage everyone to take out travel insurance. This will protect you by covering your costs in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, travel disruptions, or other emergencies beyond your control.
